General Preparation
ALWAYS HEAT THOROUGHLY.
Pan Fry: Cut smoked sausage sections in half lengthwise or into ½" slices. Add to a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook 6-9 minutes, turning frequently.
Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently.
Serving Suggestion: For a quick and easy meal, begin heating Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage using your preferred method listed (below). While sausage is heating, prepare your favorite macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Slice sausage, add macaroni and cheese, and dinner’s done!
